DOUBLE PODIUM AT VALLELUNGA

The second event was the Campionato Italiano Gran Turismo series at Piero Taruffi circuit at Vallelunga near Rome. This time, Jara Jirik and his teammate, Federico Paolin, waited for two 50-minute sprint races. They were successful with them despite the disappointment in Saturday's qualifying.
The first stint of Saturday's race was started by Jara Jirik. Within a few laps of the start he began to wade through the starting field and managed to keep pace with the drivers in the foreground. He also managed to attack one GT3 car.
In the middle of the race, duringthe pit stops drivers changed. Paolino then brought the yellow-black lamborghini to the third place.
The Sunday race was similar. However, before the end of the race, rain began to run on the track and the riders were forced to go to the pits for exchange. Yet Jára Jiřík got the team back on stage. Earning the first portion of points to classification is a great satisfaction for the unfinished race at Monza.
The series continues with another endurance event on the weekend of May 17-19 at the Misano circuit.
