Just for example: for Kopecky and his then teammate Juho Hänninen from Finland he organized a survival meeting. It took four hours and they had to do it three times in a row! "When one gets into the crisis, his character is known there," explained Jirik his vision.

But that's not all. During racing weekend meat is also forbidden. What will replace it? Breakfast of oatmeal or egg omelet. Pasta is pasta, the same evening. It is only after the competition that the pilots can give a steak for a reward.
"Meat is long spent, and if there was an infection in it, all the effort would come to nothing. And of course, in a crash, it could lead to injuries, because it is hard to digest in the stomach, "says Jiřík. For example, apples that are fermenting in the stomach are also forbidden.
Not all pilots who came to the team later did not take the advice. Espekka Lappi, who is now driving in toyota in the WRC series, was the most protested.
"The Nordic people have a little different opinion. They claimed they needed proteins. So I explained the principle to the meat over running. In front of him I gave them a steak and then it was difficult for them, so they found out that I was right," says Jiřík.
Today, no one needs to check. While riders have tried to cheat and relieve themselves earlier, they will admit today that they may have spit out and go to the cranks. "This is the biggest reward for me," says Jiřík.
